A Day in the Life of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
• Talent Hunting: Utilise our CRM, job boards, and LinkedIn to research and identify potential candidates.
• Building Relationships: Meet, interview, and establish strong connections with candidates both in-person and virtually.
• Crafting Impactful Ads: Write compelling job adverts and review applications to attract top talent.
• Qualifying Candidates: Ensure the right fit by qualifying and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Client and Candidate Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication and schedule interviews between parties.
• Personal Branding: Collaborate with our Marketing team to build your personal brand on social media.
