Personal Injury Lawyer – London – Defendant Casualty – to £70k
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a personal injury lawyer to Join its in-house legal team. Looking for someone to join its expanding casualty department. The role reports into the Senior Counsel and you will handle a diverse caseload including motor, employers’ liability (EL), public liability (PL), property damage, and product liability claims.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales.
- Some Post Qualification Experience (PQE) is required. You will be expected to handl your own caseload of litigated fast and lower value multi-track work.
- Ideally have experience in defendant work.
- Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive legal writing skills.
- Ability to independently handle and analyse legal issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Commitment to professional development and upholding ethical standards.
