Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster – Birmingham (New Regional Office Launch)
IPS Group is proud to be supporting a leading insurer in the recruitment of a Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster for its newly established regional office in Birmingham. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the business at the ground floor as it builds out its casualty claims capability in the Midlands.
This position offers the chance to be part of a growing team, contributing to the development of the Birmingham office from day one. The role will focus on managing a portfolio of UK and international liability claims, with particular emphasis on the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will handle technical claims of up to £250,000, taking ownership of complex files and ensuring excellent service delivery.
The business operates across a wide range of territories including Canada, Australia, Ireland, the USA and the UK. Working through a network of brokers and directly with clients, the claims team tailors solutions to meet customer needs, with a strong commitment to fair outcomes, efficient service, and timely claim payments.

To be considered you must have a solid casualty (EL/PL) claims background with experience of portal claims as well as higher value claims.
