Role Overview:
An established and specialist claimant law firm in the North West is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its busy Industrial Disease team. Based in Cheshire with hybrid working available, the role involves managing a litigated caseload of industrial disease claims from start to finish in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling an industrial disease caseload
- LLB Law Degree (training contracts available for the right candidate)
- Strong knowledge of CPR, statutory legislation, and relevant case law
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of compliance, conduct, and accounts rules
- Confident working in a performance-driven, volume litigation setting
