A well-established housing disrepair law firm is recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their Lancashire office.
Role Overview
You will join a well-established housing disrepair team handling a case load of pre and post-litigation claims on behalf of the tenant.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a housing disrepair solicitor with the following characteristics:
- Successful candidates must have a strong understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
- Liaise with counsel.
- Understand Proclaim case management system.
- Extensive housing disrepair experience is necessary.
- Keep up with legislative changes.
- Must be organised and work to deadline.
