We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigator to join a reputable law firm based in Bradford. The role focuses on handling fast-track Defendant EL/PL claims, primarily within the retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with up to 3 years of defendant litigation experience, especially in low-value claims. You will be part of a supportive team, providing excellent service to clients and managing a varied caseload with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Up to 3 years of defendant litigation experience
- Experience handling low-value EL/PL claims
- Experience litigating claims in the retail sector
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
