A busy regional law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Conveyancing Department in Chester. The role involves providing professional and friendly client service, managing communications with clients and other professionals, handling payments, diary management, and supporting fee earners with case management and administrative duties.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Experience in conveyancing essential
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a considerate and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient IT skills and ability to use case management systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
