Commercial Property Loss Adjuster
South East | £45,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a respected and growing name in the loss adjusting market who are looking to strengthen their Commercial Property team across the South East.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Loss Adjuster to handle a range of commercial property claims, from mid-range to larger, more complex losses. You’ll work autonomously, managing your own diary, visiting sites, and producing high-quality reports while providing an excellent service to policyholders, brokers, and insurers.
What’s on offer:
- Competitive salary circa £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

The role:
- Handle a caseload of commercial property claims including material damage and business interruption
- Undertake site visits, gather evidence, and compile detailed reports
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, and other relevant parties to bring claims to conclusion efficiently
- Support clients with a clear, professional, and empathetic approach during the claims process
About you:
- Experienced Loss Adjuster, ideally Cert CILA qualified or above
- Proven track record of handling commercial property claims
- Strong report writing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working independently, managing your own workload
