Administrator
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a well-established firm of Accountants at their growing team based in Harrogate.
This firm offer a full range of accountancy, tax, and audit services for their wide range of clients.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Covering reception when reception staff are on annual leave/out of the office
- Answering the phone
- Sorting post and filing correspondence
- Preparation of new client engagement packs
- Setting up new clients on SPS and CCH software
- Arranging for documents to be signed
- Assisting with AML/KYC
To successfully apply for this administrator position, ideally you will meet the following:
- Previous experience working as an Administrator in a corporate business.
- Confident liaising with clients as this is a large part of the role.
- Comfortable picking up new software.
- Experience with SPS and/or CCH software would be advantageous.
