Accounting and Advisory Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a practice trained accountant to join a national firm in Leeds as an Accounting and Advisory Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.
This is a hybrid working role with flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of non-audit cleints.
- Project manage end-to-end engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Develop strong client relationships.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
- Experience with UK GAAP and financial reporting.
- Strong technical skills, including FRS 102 and FRS 105.
- Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
- Proven team management experience.
