What We’re Looking For
You’ll already be an experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with legal sector experience — or perhaps you’re a qualified legal professional ready to transition into a dynamic, client-facing role.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent communication and consultative sales abilities
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
- A genuine passion for delivering quality and integrity in everything you do
