Accounts Assistant
Incredible opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Halifax.
This prominent firm offer a variety of services to their wide range of clients. From Audit, Accountancy, Taxation, and Business Advice, this firm pride themselves in offering their clients a well-rounded service.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for a range of clients.
- Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
- Complete VAT returns.
- Bookkeeping duties as and when required.
To qualify for this Accounts Assistant position, ideally you should meet the following:
- Have 2+ Years experience in an Accountancy firm as an Accounts Assistant.
- Feel confident liaising with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Studying towards AAT, ACA, or ACCA.
What’s on offer?
- 32 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Closed for 1 week over Christmas.
- Hybrid working will be considered.
- Full study support.
- Parking on-site.
- Salary from £25,000p/a to £30,000p/a.
