    About the Role
    Manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension schemes, acting as day-to-day client contact. Responsibilities include governance support, project delivery (e.g. GMP equalisation, ORAs), scheme secretarial work, preparing client communications, and contributing to continuous improvement. You’ll also have opportunities to support business development activities such as tender responses and pitches.

    About You
    •    Minimum 3 years’ DB pensions experience (consulting or senior administration with client management).
    •    Strong understanding of DB/DC legislation, regulation and governance.

    A leading name within the insurance industry is looking to appoint a Broker Relationship/ Sales Manager to develop and maintain sales through broker distribution channels covering the Yorkshire and North East regions. 

    The Broker Relationship/ Sales Manager will focus on account profitability as well as GWP and will take a strategic view on all channels rather than a one dimensional sales approach. As the portfolio of products is currently performing well, this role will be predominantly about managing and maximising accounts rather than generating new channels. 

    A thorough knowledge of the North East broker market is essential for this position; ideally with a previous focus on Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance products. You should be a strategic account manager with a solid sales background in a broker facing role.

    This highly regarded pension consulting firm and specialist third party administrator are looking to hire a Principal Pension Administrator to join their Manchester based administration team.

    About the Role 
    The team provide a full administration service to their clients so you’ll be involved in a wide variety of work including member events, scheme events, and client management, as well as undertaking specific forensic research for scheme which have been referred by the Pensions Regulator. You will work closely with Scheme Trustees and with Scheme Members to provide the highest levels of service.

    You will also help to develop/mentor less experienced members of the admin team, and will deputise for the Admin Team Manager in their absence. 

    About You
    Candidates will possess broad technical knowledge of Defined Benefits pension arrangement and the associated legislation and regulation of these schemes. You’ll also need a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience of administering and managing Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution scheme arrangements at Senior Administrator level.

    Knowledge of and experience with GMP Reconciliation/Equalisation calculations is desirable, as is an understanding of scheme wind-ups and PPF work, though not essential.

    As a successful applicant to the Senior Administrator role you will need extensive experience at this level, ideally within another TPA.
