We are partnered with one of UK’s fastest growing Insurance Businesses and the role of the IBA Accounts Technician will be to join a team of five based in London to assume responsibility for a specific Account as an IBA Handler to achieve timely collection, processing and onward payment of settlements to this Trading Partner as well as support the Global Head of IBA with ad-hoc projects. You will carry out day-to-day operations in your own area of responsibility including cash allocation, monitoring aged-debt and funding.
Key Duties
– Ensure reconciliation of IBA Accounts is conducted as per the agreed Service Level Agreement “SLA”.
– Perform Credit Control procedures.
– Ensure outstanding accounts are chased.
– Ensure receipts of funds are reconciled.
– Ensure disbursements are reconciled.
– Produce daily IBA reports from the OpenTwins system to ensure unmatched cash, funding and held funds are identified and worked on.
