    Support the UK Compliance team by providing regulatory advice to the business, ensuring timely implementation of regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with internal policies, & supporting commercial objectives within regulatory risk appetite.

    You will be a Manager in the Financial Lines Claims team of this well regarded Global Insurer and Lloyd’s Syndicate. This is an established Lead Financial Lines book covering a broad range of International and US D&O and E&O policies, both Commercial and Financial Institutions.

    Alongside a strong track record handling lead D&O and FI claims, our client is expecting you to have a strong network of relationships in the London market, track record contributing in market and client discussions on large losses, and capability to engage with senior leaders on the losses and your plan on those losses.  

    You will be part of a well established Financial Lines Claims team, in which you will take an active lead on a broad range of International and US D&O and E&O Claims, both Commercial and Financial Institutions. You can also expect to see some Cyber claims.

    Seeking an individual who can experience handling lead D&O and FI claims, along with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and the market on the losses they are handling.

    This opportunity with with a Global Insurer and Lloyd’s Syndicate, with a long presense in the London Market. 

    In this role you will take an active lead on claims for a range of high profile clients, both commercial and Financial Institutions, across a range of Professional Indemnity, D&O, Cyber and FI losses.

    The book is Global, covering International and US exposures.

    You will need to demonstrate capability to handle Lead Professional Indemnity and D&O losses.  

    HNW Client Executive

    We are working with our well known insurance broker client to assist them in finding the right Private Clients / HNW Client Executive for their team in the UK.

    This role will be to drive growth in the team, a team of just under 20 with a good mix of experience and business development across 5 offices – North, Central and Around the Greater London Area. Lots of support in the handling of clients admin so they would be looking for someone to use their knowledge, network, contacts and expertise to bring in new business, new ways of attracting clients and has been here and done this before. 

    If you have great house hold and non standard motor experience in the private client arena, this may be just the role you have been waiting for. There would be an expectation on new business as a driver but you would get a small book of clients to grow and develop too.

    Only once a month in the office, great manager to work with, salary is strong and a 20% bonus of salary available.

    A rare opportunity to take on an established book of business from a retiring Executive. The book is well looked after and will not be under attack, offering a smooth handover and genuine stability from day one.

    You will be joining a high performing team of thirteen within one of the world’s largest insurance brokers, offering industry leading benefits, flexibility and long term career potential. The role is office based three days per week, although that is flexible as you will be expected to be out meeting clients regularly.

    The book is made up of around twelve clients, including several well known local charities and other sizeable businesses, so you will need to be technically strong and confident handling more complex cases. You will lead the service delivery for your clients, working closely with dedicated account handling and broking teams to ensure every client receives exceptional support and advice.

    Client servicing is absolutely key. This is about building strong, lasting relationships with decision makers, ensuring smooth renewals, providing tailored risk and insurance solutions, and consistently delivering a first class experience.

    You will also be expected to grow the book organically, making full use of the broker’s extensive internal network and resources to identify and develop opportunities across multiple sectors.

    This would suit a Senior Account Handler who is ready to take the next step into an Executive position with full client ownership and a ready made portfolio. It would also suit an Account Executive with a proven track record in client service who is keen to move into managing larger clients and more complex risks.

    A well-established brokerage just south-west of Birmingham city centre is looking for a business-critical Account Handler to join its close-knit team. The office is smart and modern, with onsite parking available. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment with long-standing client relationships and a strong team culture.

    The role involves supporting an Account Executive with a portfolio worth approximately £300,000. This is part of a wider £900,000 book covering around 80 clients across all commercial lines. The position has been created to help manage workload and maintain high service standards.

    Responsibilities include handling part of the book directly, liaising with insurers, managing renewals and mid-term adjustments, and occasionally attending client meetings alongside the Account Executive. You’ll be joining a team of five Account Handlers, becoming the sixth member.

    Experience with Acturis is preferred. Candidates from SME backgrounds are welcome, provided they are confident working manually with underwriters. The team works on a hybrid basis, with four days in the office and one day from home. Ideally, the successful candidate will be happy with this arrangement.
