WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own the daily accounting cycle – including purchase ledger, intercompany invoicing, expenses, and payment runs
- Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary on key performance metrics and trends
- Collate and report the daily group cash position with accuracy and timeliness
- Support preparation of financial forecasts including revenue projections, expense budgets, and cashflow
- Monitor performance against budget, proactively identifying variances and improvement opportunities
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and balance sheets on a monthly basis
- Prepare payroll calculations for submission to external bureau (circa 20 employees)
- Act as a business partner to operational leads, providing financial leadership and support for asset tracking and ad hoc queries
- Actively contribute to internal and external audit processes
