The role of will be based out of the Leeds office and it has arisen in order to continue the development of the team. The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. This will have been gained at a leading national or City law firm with a strong reputation in construction. Applications are welcome from candidates with both contentious and non-contentious experience however the bias of this role is heavily stacked towards non-contentious work. The team act for a varied client base on major projects and also work very closely with other departments within the firm.     You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of housing law. The firm’s client base includes housing associations, local authorities and private sector entities.
    Suitable candidates will be able to advise on a broad spectrum of housing law matters, including but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, housing disrepair, leasehold issues, and possession proceedings.
