You will run a commercial litigation case load for regional and national clients.  Demonstrable experience of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution is required.

The work types shall include, but not be limited to contractual and commercial disputes,  professional negligence, contentious insolvency matters and construction.  You will be 4- 6 years pqe and familiar with the Hull business community.

Regional firm are looking to add to their busy litigation team. Suitable candidates will be qualified solicitors in the region of 2-5 years pqe.

You will independently deal with a mixed case load of general commercial litigation expertise which will ideally include breach of contract claims; shareholder and partnership, breaches of company administration requirements and directors’ duties; breach of confidence; intellectual property; information technology; professional negligence and fraud.
