    Your focus and expertise will largely be employment litigation covering matters such as Unfair dismissal, Discrimination, TUPE and Whistleblowing. You will be responsible for the conduct of claims and offer practical and preventative advice where possible. You will be acting mainly for respondent clients, managing your own caseload and assisting more senior fee earners.  Based in Hull with some home working.
