Senior Administrator
Brand new, exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a well-established, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Huddersfield.
This firm offer a wide range of services to their clients, ensuring a well-rounded approach to assisting their clients with all their business needs.
As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with AML documents.
- Preparation of minutes for routine matters.
- Checking, completing and the filing of annual Confirmation Statements
- Completing forms for changes of director and shareholder
- Completing forms for changes of company name, year-end, etc
- Filing of other forms with Companies House
- General company administration
To qualify for this Senior Administrator role, ideally you will meet the following:
- Strong experience having worked as a Senior Administrator in a professional setting, such as an accountancy firm or legal office.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in admin
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Highly organised as this is a deadline driven role.
