Product Owner
Product Owner – Acturis £50,000 – £70,000 + benefits, Based in London
We are working with a leading organisation within the insurance market that is looking to appoint an experienced Product Owner with strong Acturis experience to join its team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands both Acturis and the insurance business environment, and who can act as a key link between business stakeholders, technology teams and users of the platform.
The RoleReporting into the Lead Product Owner, you will support the ongoing development, delivery and adoption of the organisation’s Acturis platform across its UK operation.
You will play a key role in ensuring Acturis continues to support the needs of the business, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage the product backlog and help deliver improvements to the platform.
The role will cover both project-based delivery and ongoing platform ownership, including configuration, testing, migration, training and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the roadmap and strategic vision for the Acturis platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and prioritise product backlog items, user stories and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Support Acturis configuration and setup.
- Create and maintain document templates.
- Support data migration mapping and testing.
- Assist with third-party system integrations.
- Support testing of new Acturis functionality and releases.
- Help drive adoption of Acturis across the business.
- Gather feedback from users to improve functionality, usability and future development.
- Support the business through implementation and Go-Live activity.
- Deliver Acturis training to new users and support ongoing learning.
- Provide guidance and support to users with day-to-day Acturis queries.
- Maintain the document template library.
- Work collaboratively with Technology, Digital, Operations, Training and other business teams.
About YouWe are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Acturis.
- Previous experience working as an insurance broker would be advantageous.
- Experience working within the insurance industry.
- A strong understanding of how Acturis is used within an insurance environment.
- Experience supporting system implementation, configuration, testing or migration.
- Experience driving user adoption of technology platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology delivery.
- Experience providing user training or supporting users through system change would be highly beneficial.
