Personal Injury Portal Fee Earner (RTA & EL/PL) – 1+ Years’ Experience
Role Overview:
An established and expanding Manchester-based law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Portal Fee Earner to join its fast-track personal injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with RTA and EL/PL experience to manage their own caseload, progressing claims through all stages of the MOJ and IOC Portals, including infant, MIB untraced, and foreign claims. The role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements within a modern and supportive environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing RTA and EL/PL personal injury claims
- Strong knowledge of the MOJ/IOC Portal process (Stages 1–3)
- Confident managing a full caseload of fast-track personal injury matters
- Experience using Proclaim case management software desirable
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
