Payroll Assistant Manager
Exciting new opportunity for a Payroll Assistant Manager to join a large firm of Chartered Accountants at their office in Scarborough.
As a Payroll Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure team effectiveness and timely completion of all client payrolls.
- Deliver and process complex client payroll, dedicating approximately 50% of time to direct client delivery.
- Assist the Payroll Manager with client onboarding, ensuring smooth transition and set up.
- Undertake continuous training and self-development through programmes, technical research and industry updates.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects led by the Payroll Manager.
To qualify for this Payroll Assistant Manager role, ideally you will meet the following:
- CIPP qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience working in Payroll in an Accountancy firm or a payroll bureau
