Paralegal – Risk, Safety & Regulatory (2+ YRS EXPERIENCE)
Role Overview:
A global law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its specialist team handling risk, safety, and regulatory investigations. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, this role involves supporting high-profile cases related to workplace incidents, regulatory breaches, and corporate compliance. You will assist from initial investigations through to court proceedings, working closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and external counsel.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a legal support role
- Background in regulatory, health & safety, or criminal defence law
- Experience preparing case bundles, legal documents, and statements
- Familiarity with court processes (Magistrates’, Crown, or Coroner’s)
- Comfortable liaising with clients, experts, and witnesses
- Strong legal research, drafting, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
