    Operations Manager

    • Salary:
      Paying £50,000 to £70,000 depending upon experience

    • Location:
      Kent

    A specialist Claims Management company are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for operationally focused aspects of the organisation. 

    You will work closely with senior stakeholders on ensuring the organisation are at the forefront of regulatory changes, onboarding of new coverholders and complete quality assurance reviews. 

    You will also be required to carry out regular audits of claims files and be the main point of contact for the regulators and Insurers. Therefore a background in Claims Operations or Delegated Claims would be an advantage.
