Operations Manager – Insurance Brokerage
We are supporting a well-established and growing independent insurance brokerage, this isnt just lip service, they have plans to reach £100m tT/O. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in its next phase of development.
This is a key hire, working closely with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, support the broking team, and act as the central point for technical expertise and systems oversight. Growing with the business, this role also offers genuine scope to evolve into a broader senior leadership position over time. Titles can be dicussed.
