Insurance Market Engagement & Education Specialist
Do you enjoy networking, building relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders on a global scale?
We’re recruiting for a unique opportunity to lead a portfolio of high-profile programmes designed to connect organisations with one of the world’s leading insurance organisations. This is a highly visible, externally facing role where you’ll coordinate workshops, host market experiences, build relationships with clients and industry leaders, and help organisations better understand complex insurance and risk solutions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, market experts and external speakers, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing engaging learning programmes, workshops and market-facing events, ensuring participants gain valuable knowledge, insight and connections. You’ll coordinate subject matter experts, shape programme content and act as an ambassador for the function, building relationships across an international network while using feedback and market intelligence to continuously enhance programme impact.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience within the insurance industry and a good understanding of the market. You’ll ideally have experience organising training programmes, workshops, educational initiatives or stakeholder events, and be comfortable coordinating discussions and engaging with senior audiences.
