A legal 500 firm is recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Paralegal to join their Manchester team.
Role Overview
You will join a well-established housing disrepair team providing legal advice to clients in respect of housing condition claims and housing management.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a housing disrepair paralegal with the following characteristics:
- Successful candidates will have experience working within a housing disrepair team.
- Must be able to keep up with legislative changes and support clients with changes.
- Act on behalf of landlords during pre-action housing condition claims.
- Must be organised and work to deadline.
- Be able to work in a team.
