    High‑Volume Outbound Sales Executive – Break into Insurance

    £80k+ potential | Uncapped commission | No insurance experience required

    This is a pure outbound, new business role where you will build your own pipeline, make high volumes of cold calls (80–100 per day), and close your own deals within the SME commercial insurance market.

    You will generate opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build a recurring income stream across products including liability, contractors all risks, fleet, PI, D&O and cyber. Full training is provided, so insurance experience is not required.

    This role suits candidates with proven success in high-activity outbound environments such as recruitment (360/new business), B2B telesales, lead generation with closing responsibility, or financial services sales.

    In return, you’ll receive uncapped commission at 8% on all business, with realistic earnings of £80k+ within three years and top performers exceeding £150k. You’ll also complete a funded Sales Academy and achieve Cert CII within six months.

    Office-based, five days per week.

    Best suited to driven salespeople who are comfortable generating their own pipeline, working to targets, and want a long-term, high-earning career.
