    Head of Capital

    • Salary:
      £180000 - £200000 per annum

    • Location:
      London

    We’ve partnered with a leading insurer to recruit a Head of Capital to lead its capital function, oversee its Internal Model and support strategic business decision-making. 

    You will: 

    – Lead and develop the Capital team
    – Own the maintenance, development and governance of the Internal Model
    – Experience with Tyche or other modelling systems.

    This is a Senior Leadership role offering the chance to shape capital strategy, influence key business decisions and lead a specialist team within an established specialty insurance business.
