An Employment Solicitor is required by this highly professional national firm to join their Birmingham office with hybrid working.
Role Overview
As a pivotal member of the Birmingham Employment team at, you’ll delve into challenging and complex cases predominantly centred on Tribunal work funded by Legal Expenses Insurance. Under the guidance of experienced Partners, you’ll play a crucial role in representing both Claimants and Respondents across a spectrum of cases, contributing your passion for Employment Law and innovative thinking to secure optimal outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The firm are seeking candidates who possess:
– 1 – 4 years PQE or extensive experience as a Legal Executive
– Demonstrated proficiency in representing both Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunals
– A profound enthusiasm for Employment Law, coupled with a steadfast commitment to achieving the best results in high-pressure situations
– Exceptional organisational skills to effectively manage a diverse and demanding workload
– Strong mentoring capabilities to collaborate effectively with paralegals and legal assistants
– Preferred experience in representing individuals and businesses funded by legal expenses insurance
