Role Overview
A leading national law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its established Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload of complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims, reorganisations, redundancy processes, and high-profile advisory work.
With a strong focus on clients in the health, social care and wider third sectors, this role offers exposure to a unique and rewarding client base.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The successful candidate will bring:
- Minimum 1 year PQE specialising in employment law.
- Solid experience handling employment tribunal claims and contentious matters, including day-to-day conduct of ET litigation files.
- A background in advising clients within health, social care or third-sector organisations; NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive interest in business development and client engagement, with support available from a dedicated Client Services team.
