Crown Court Litigator (5+ PQE)
Role Overview
An established and highly regarded criminal defence firm, known for its work in serious crime and complex litigation, is seeking an experienced Crown Court Litigator (5+ PQE). The role is based in Manchester with flexible hybrid working arrangements. You’ll manage a varied caseload of serious criminal matters, from charge to trial, including fraud, regulatory, and violent offences.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- 5+ years PQE in criminal litigation
- Experience managing Crown Court cases from start to finish
- Police Station Accreditation required
- Strong case management and advocacy preparation skills
- Familiarity with Legal Aid Agency billing (LGFS)
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Comfortable attending court, client meetings, and custodial visits
