A highly regarded and long-established North West law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join its growing Commercial Liitgation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 5+ PQE to join a respected practice that combines a strong regional reputation with the backing and investment of a national legal group. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality transactional work, work closely with experienced Partners, and benefit from clear opportunities for progression and professional development.
The Role
The Disputes team acts for a broad client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate organisations across a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice and managing a diverse caseload.
About You
Applications are encouraged from solicitors with:
- 5+ PQE ideally gained from a recognised commercial litigation practice
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of cases.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Outstanding client relationship and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a busy team environment.
