Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits
IPS Group are working with a well-established insurance business looking to appoint a Claims Executive into their Commercial Claims team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced claims professional to join a business with an excellent reputation in the market, managing a varied portfolio of commercial claims whilst acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the claims process.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing claims from first notification through to settlement, handling a broad range of commercial claims and working closely with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and solicitors to achieve the best possible outcomes. The role offers a good mix of technical claims handling and client interaction, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships whilst taking ownership of claims strategy and resolution.
About You
We’re keen to speak with individuals who have previous commercial insurance claims experience and enjoy working in a client-facing environment. Brokerage claims experience would be advantageous, although we’re also open to individuals from an insurer background with strong technical claims knowledge. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied workload are all key, alongside a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
