Role Overview
Are you a driven and ambitious Solicitor with a passion for clinical negligence work? This firm are looking for a Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE to join our Clinical Negligence department in Manchester.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters, utilising your legal expertise to seek justice for clients.
From preparing cases for court to advocating before judges, you will play a crucial role in delivering results for those affected by medical negligence.
Candidate Profile
The firm are looking for a Solicitor with the following:
– Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with 0-3 years PQE.
– Demonstrable experience managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters or assisting in such matters during your Training Contract.
– In-depth understanding of legal principles and court procedures related to clinical negligence work.
– Ability to prepare and plan cases at all court levels and conduct advocacy before District Judges and Circuit Judges.
– Capability to assess the need for experts, agents, or counsel in addressing case issues.
