This MGA has recently been acquired by a global London Market Insurer with a large financial backing and plans of sustainable growth. This is a great time to join in a role that you will be able to develop and make your own.
This is focused on E-Trade business mainly SME Property & Casualty Package Insurance. They have a modern, data-led approach combined with strong existing broker relationships. They aim to deliver fast, efficient e-trading backed by a good culture and established team of experienced Underwriters.
They are ideally looking for someone with MGA experience and a fast-paced commercial mindset. Strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, broker development expertise, and a proven track record of delivering growth against targets are essential.
The broker panel includes national firms and strong regional independents across the Midlands, North, Cumbria, and Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Business Development Manager to stand out and influence the shape of the business.
A salary of up to £80,000 is available + company credit card for all expenses. There will also be an annual bonus of between 15 and 20%.
