Accounts Assistant
Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing firm based in Holmfirth.
This opportunity will enable you to join a growing firm of Chartered Accountants, making a real impact during this stage of growth.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Support the team with bookkeeping duties as and when needed.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Preparation of management accounts for a range of clients.
- Draft tax returns to be sent to clients for approval.
To be a qualify for this Accounts Assistant position, ideally you will meet the follow:
- Be studying towards a professional qualification such as AAT, ACA, ACCA.
- 2+ Years experience working as an Accounts Assistant in an Accountancy Firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
