Role Overview
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its established Liverpool-based property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to take on a varied caseload while developing their own profile and client relationships within a highly regarded national practice.
Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, the successful candidate will advise a diverse client base including property developers, investors, occupiers and lenders on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

The successful candidate is likely to possess:
- Strong experience advising on commercial real estate transactions.
- Significant landlord and tenant expertise.
- Experience handling acquisitions and disposals of investment property.
- Exposure to development transactions and property portfolio management matters.
- Strong title review and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- The ability to supervise and support junior team members.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach to legal practice.
- An interest in networking, business development and raising personal and team profile.
Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider national team, collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and specialist practice areas.
