Casualty Underwriter
We are working with a large, well respected, corporate insurance group who have an opening for a casualty specialist to join the large, corporate risks division.
Ideally this person should have gained established underwriting exposure, having had at least 2 years as a full underwriter; this team provide casualty solutions for primary and excess of loss, across Employers Liability, Public Liability and Products Liability, for businesses domiciled or headquartered in the UK. If you do have level of multinational capability, fantastic, but if not and you are working in across a different platform with exposure to mid-market risks, then a technical casualty understanding with the willingness to develop quickly will be considered. Strong work ethic will be rewarded with opportunities to gain more autonomy and responsibility.
This would suit and underwriter who really enjoys technical risk underwriting, but partnering that with significant broker relationship management / development. Growing, dynamic team offering excellent career opportunity longer term.
