Role Overview
Our client, a specialist litigation firm based in central London, is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing Professional Negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a boutique practice focused on complex, high-value disputes and recognised for delivering high-quality legal advice and client service.
Working closely with experienced Directors and senior lawyers, you will assist on a wide range of professional negligence matters, including claims against solicitors, accountants, surveyors and other professionals. The role offers exposure to complex and high-value cases, including group litigation, alongside the opportunity to progressively build and manage your own caseload with appropriate support.
This position is well suited to an ambitious solicitor looking to develop their expertise within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Candidate Profile / Experience
Needed We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- 2+ years’ PQE with experience in professional negligence litigation or commercial litigation
- Experience acting for either claimants or defendants
- Strong technical ability and an interest in complex, high-value litigation
- The ability to manage and progress matters with appropriate supervision
- Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a desire to develop within a specialist team
