    Senior Associate, Public Affairs & Market Development – Dublin

    We are looking for a Public Affairs & Regulatory Affairs Associate to join a leading European insurance business in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to move into an externally focused role, working at the intersection of regulation, policy, and commercial strategy, with direct exposure to key stakeholders across Ireland and the wider European market.
    In this role, you will support engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland, government bodies, and industry associations, while monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to strategic initiatives that shape market access and growth. You will work closely with both local and European teams, helping to strengthen relationships across regulators, insurers, brokers, and policymakers, while playing a part in broader public affairs and regulatory projects.
    We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or policy roles within financial services or a regulatory body, who are keen to transition into a more outward-facing, influence-driven position. You should bring strong communication skills, an understanding of the Irish regulatory environment, and a proactive, self-starting approach suited to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. An interest in EU policymaking and the evolving regulatory landscape will be a strong advantage.
