Repair Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Repair Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced operational team within the insurance and property repairs sector.
This position will play a key role in coordinating repair works from instruction through to completion, ensuring contractors, customers, surveyors, and internal teams remain fully informed throughout the lifecycle of each claim or repair project.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks within a busy environment. You will act as a central point of contact for live repair activity, helping to ensure works are completed efficiently, within agreed timescales, and to expected service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate repair works from instruction through to completion
• Schedule works and monitor progress against agreed timelines
• Liaise with contractors, surveyors, adjusters, and policyholders throughout the repair process
• Monitor reinstatement works, delays, drying progress, and variations
• Chase updates, documentation, photographs, and repair information
• Maintain accurate records and updates within internal systems
• Support contractor onboarding and compliance administration
• Monitor contractor documentation including insurance and accreditation renewals
• Escalate operational, compliance, or service concerns where required
• Support operational teams with repair-related administration and queries
About You
• Experience within repairs coordination, insurance claims, contractor management, or a similar operational environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment
• High attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
Desirable Experience
• Insurance claims or property repairs background
• Knowledge of reinstatement or restoration works
• Experience handling contractor compliance documentation
• Exposure to Apex or similar systems
