Clinical Negligence Solicitor
A long-established and highly regarded regional practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its office in Worcestershire. This is a key hire for the firm, offering the opportunity to take ownership of an existing caseload and work with a high degree of autonomy.
Role Overview
This position is suited to an experienced, confident fee earner who is comfortable running a clinical negligence caseload independently. You will take over an established and varied caseload from the partners, ensuring continuity of service to longstanding clients while further developing the department.
The work will include a broad range of claimant clinical negligence matters, and you will be expected to manage files from initial instruction through to resolution.
This is an office-based role in Worcester, offering close collaboration with partners and the wider litigation team.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or experienced fee earners with demonstrable experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
You will:
- Have solid experience managing your own caseload independently
- Be confident handling complex and sensitive matters
- Possess strong client care skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Be organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Be comfortable working as a standalone fee earner within a supportive wider team
