This is a customer-facing support role ideal for someone with legal cashiering or legal accounts experience who is interested in moving into the technology and systems side of legal services.
You will act as the bridge between solicitors and our technical team, providing expert support on legal accounting systems, assisting with training, and helping clients get the most from the software.
Over time, the role can grow into operations management and director-level responsibilities as the business expands.
