Role Overview
Our client, a leading national law firm with a highly respected Private Client practice, is seeking an experienced Associate (4+ PQE) to join its growing Oxford team. This is a permanent opportunity within a dynamic and expanding department known for its expertise in high-end tax advice and complex estate planning.
Working closely with senior partners recognised for their market-leading knowledge, you will manage a varied caseload, support high-value client matters, and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in Private Client work. You should bring strong technical ability alongside the confidence to manage files autonomously and deliver commercially astute advice.
Key requirements include:
- Experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to nurture long-term relationships.
- Strong organisation and time-management capabilities.
- Confidence in scoping, pricing and progressing matters effectively.
- A proactive approach to business development, networking and building your personal profile.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team and support wider departmental goals.
