Role Overview:
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Based in Manchester, this full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a reputable, client-focused legal team. The position involves handling complex caseloads, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering a seamless conveyancing service.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in conveyancing
- Proven track record of handling start-to-finish residential property transactions
- Strong understanding of property law and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in negotiation and problem resolution
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using conveyancing software (desirable)
