Finance Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established business for a Finance Manager. This is a full-time, office-based position offering stability and long term career prospects.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking for a hands-on role in a growing and successful business.
The role is ideal for a proactive finance professional with strong management accounting skills and previous experience in a project or contract-led industry.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
- Producing cashflow forecasts and monitoring bank activity
- Overseeing payroll, pensions submissions, and P11Ds
- Managing VAT and other statutory submissions
- Processing subcontractor payments and retentions
- Supporting external audit requirements and liaising with professional advisors
- Maintaining fixed asset registers and accurate financial records
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
