Financial Accountant
We are working with a well-established international professional services company based between Leeds and Bradford, who are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
The role offers 3 days WFH and a great range of benefits including 30 days holidays + stats.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the balance sheet and financial accounting activities for both the UK parent company and an overseas subsidiary.
- Leading and developing a team of three finance professionals.
- Ensuring robust controls are in place and driving improvements to accounting processes and systems.
- Producing insightful financial analysis to support senior stakeholders.
- Supporting audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a financial accounting role.
- Solid understanding of balance sheet management and financial controls.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team.
