Pension Solicitor, Leeds
This highly successful and well known practice are seeking a pension solicitor to join its expanding team. The team currently advises on a wide range of pension matters including acting both for range of corporate clients and for trustees on matters including restructuring, merging and winding up of pension schemes, establishing and operating all kinds of registered and non-registered UK pension schemes and pension aspects of acquisitions and disposals, flotations, privatisations, reconstructions and demergers. A first rate academic background coupled with a experience in pensions in a major corporate law firm will be essential. Candidates in the region of 1-4 yrs will be of most interest.
